1. Key Characteristics

Performance

Stretch ratio: 200%–350%; secures goods via retraction force after stretching;

Self-adhesion: Adheres to itself but not to the product surface; leaves no adhesive residue;

Waterproof, dustproof, and prevents load shifting/scattering.

Standard widths: 10cm, 12.5cm, 12.7cm, 30cm, 40cm (10cm is the best-seller)

Thickness: 12μm, 15μm, 17μm, 20μm

Paper core inner diameter: 26mm, 39mm, 52mm, 76mm (39mm is the universal standard, compatible with plastic handle rods)

Net weight per roll: 0.3kg–1.2kg; Length: 100m–500m

Color: Primarily transparent; other colors available upon request.

3. Two Usage Formats

Film roll only (bare roll)

Customer provides their own handle rod; the rod is reusable for multiple rolls; common format for bulk purchasing.

Complete set: Film roll + plastic handle rod

Ready to use right out of the box; ideal for e-commerce and small warehouses handling smaller, scattered packaging tasks.

4. Industry Applications (Focus: Beverage industry scenarios)

Local reinforcement of pallet corners; prevents slippage of film-wrapped bottle stacks;

Temporary bundling of loose packs or partial pallet loads;

Temporary securing during warehouse transfers or restocking; replaces PP strapping;

Bundling small parcels for e-commerce and express logistics;

Wrapping pipes, profiles, and wire harnesses (commonly known as "wire wrap film");

Temporary wrapping of fruits, vegetables, and fresh produce.
